Nichole Rich, Ph.D. had a vision when she was working as an elementary school principal. In her 15 years working in public education she collaborated with parents and families to ensure that the children in her care were receiving a quality education. In many instances she would provide lists of resources that parents and families could access outside of school. Over time she realized how important it was to build a bridge between community, school, and family.

In addition, Dr. Rich has also seen firsthand the challenges many families face when navigating through the special education process. She has helped many families feel comfortable with the process and has served as an advocate for their children. Dr. Rich is available to serve as an advocate for you and your family to ensure your child is receiving the appropriate services. You can be certain that she will help you understand all aspects of the process so that you will be comfortable in your relationship with the district for the rest of your child’s school-aged years.
During her time as a school administrator, Dr. Rich served to share information and create collaborative environments to enable teachers, therapists, and staff to excel. More recently, serving as a national speaker, Dr. Rich provides 6 hour training modules to public and private school staff on early childhood growth and development.
Dr. Rich has made it her mission to continue with her service to children and families by creating All For the Kids Wellness Event.
